i was wonder if someone could help me get a hold of Keyclone. i have sent him a message through email but havent heard from him.. basically my yahoo account which my keyclone account is connect to was hacked and yahoo says they cant help me. and i was wonder if any one could help me transfer it to my new email.

when i created the account it was in 2002 and i can not remember my secret question answers.

You can do a private message to him on this site.
Not sure of his actual email address, but a message there would be good.
And you can try calling him, during business hours.

Those are pretty much your options.



$20 for a keyclone license is not that much.
You could just purchase a second license, in the interim, so you can box now.
And use a secure email, such as the one from your internet provider.

Then send Keyclone an email or call him, to let him know the situation.
If you're certain you'll never use two computer to box, ask if one of the licenses could be cancelled and refunded.
Explain that you tried to contact him, and five days later there was still no response.
And that you really wanted to box, and keyclone is your software of choice.
Rob is really nice, and I'm sure he'll be quite reasonable.
Or just go with, it's only $20.. and that's a cheap lesson to store passwords and secret questions somewhere secure.

I called him... got an answer and help in less than an hour later. About a license change and such for the same situation.

i've been keeping my head down focusing on life and a new product... sorry about the lack of forum support.

that said, i've been responding to all emails when i get them. if you do not hear back within 24 hrs (time zones), please verify the email address (keyclone -at- solidice.com).

also, i usually answer the phone, as some people here could verify (2am.. omg.. and yet, i was still up writing code... go figure). if not, i try to call back.

i also try to keep the irc channel open (#dual-boxing) on my secondary monitor while developing

Hmm, All you can do then is just wait for the email then. I can try to call him tonight on your behalf, But even that might be difficult. (waiting on Grandson # 5 to be born this week, schedule is all over the place)

Not sure in which country you are, but you could sign up with skype, put 10 euro's on your account, and you can call 9 hours to the states from inside europe, except to porn lines & such of course. The quality is very decent, and i use it here for most of my business calls abroad, for years now. Even if you only call one time to the states it's worth it, since you can spend the credit on 'normal' calls, which is most likely still way cheaper than what you are paying now.

Just an idea :)
