Fox has an auto cancel mod running or something. They cancel all the shows I start to get into..Fire Fly..Terminator.. John Doe. There was a show called Point "something" about a girl whos daddy was Satan and her mom was a nun.. GREAT show! but got the axe due to how "evil" it was. lol

Now I know who watches these shitty shows. You're all busted.

Firefly and Terminator were both good shows, and her role in both was very popular with the fans.
I don't see her as the reason either show went under.

Fox has pretty much reached the point where I won't watch any new shows they have.
If I decide to get into the show, there's a very strong track record that the show will be canceled.
Boycott Fox SF shows, they're track record blows.

I kinda figured it was coming. I mean how long can we watch Thralled Hooker has job turned inside out by Bad Stuff of the Week? Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the show once I get past the first 5 minutes, but it's like "Whores first, incredible tools to explore and reveal the psychology behind anything and everything if we have time later."

I mean, you come up with this process, develop it and then look at is and say "Dude, I can totally make money in prostitution with this!" Me, I say "Dude, I can totally own the government and military with this. I can create the perfect operatives to infiltrate any government. I now own the entire world."

Hahaha I didn't think Dollhouse would survive more than two seasons.

Firefly was one of the best shows ever made.

Dollhouse isn't even one of the best shows I watched last week. I'm not surprised it got canceled. I feel for ya if you were a big fan, but I wasn't even interested enough to watch past the first 4 episodes. I was really looking forward to it tho. Great concept. I think Eliza Dushku killed it. Just not a versatile enough actress to pull off having a new personality every episode (to be honest, I'm not sure there's anybody who is tho).

Ya that's kind of the problem. No one watches these shows.

Myself, I'm still missing Reaper. Which wasn't on Fox. But I think I'll hate Fox anyway because Reaper was cancelled :)

I still miss Firefly.

Kind of irked because Terminator (which I liked) was axed to keep Dollhouse around for a second season.

DH just wasn't appealing to me.

Speaking of Firefly - the actors that played Wash and Anora are in the new V and both play aliens from outer space! zomg

I lost interest about half-way through the season premier, it just felt a lot different than the show I like last season.

V is terrible. I haven't been so utterly bored by a show in a long time, and I watched like 4 episodes of Flash Forward.

The only reason I made it through the first episode was because Morena Baccarin was awesome as the Orici in SG1, and she was great in this role, but the show itself..blegh. It's like someone vomited 6 months of story arc on to my tv and totally flaked on anything like character development, immersion and well, the art of story-telling in general.

I am not ashamed to admit the only reason I watched DH was to admire the female form. :)

I watched the first two episodes of V, and it wasn't enough to draw me in. Meh

I'm still watching Heroes and Stargate Universe.

Heroes has been very entertaining at times, but is also nothing special at times. At the moment, not as riveting as it once was, but is worth my hour a week to see what happens.

SGU is stargate, and I really liked both SG-1 and Atlantis. I've not decided on this show yet, so its not as good as the other two. Still it is Stargate, so I'll give it a while yet. It is not horrid, for a sci-fi type show, even if its not a must see either.

I just hope SG-U takes advantage of the whole "lost somewhere out in the Universe" concept. It has huge potential for exploration story telling. Could easily borrow that Star Trek feel. When they got closer to that star, and then flew right into it! That was breath taking! More of that please!

What keeps me watching is:

what strange new worlds will the find?
what will that spaceship they are stuck on be like when they "unlock" its full potential ( like that mystery seat they just found)

I look forward to finding out whats going to be revealed each week.

I kept trying to tell myself SGU was Stargate, but...I just can't. We got more enjoyment out of trying to give the show a more appropriate name.

Stargate Apologies
Stargate University
Stargate 90210
Stargate Creek
As the Stargate Turns
Stargate Galctica

And my favorite -

Lost, in Space

Instead, we went back to SG1 and are going to try Atlantis again.
