My main tank has jewelcrafting and mining so I can see the mine nodes on my mini-map. One of my shammy alts will take skinning. I do not want to switch windows and have to manually tell him to skin each mob once it is dead.
Is there a macro I can hit to have that alt skin the mob? :?: :?:

I...stand corrected. =)
/cast [target=party1target, exists, dead] Skinning
You have to update the macro when your skinning skill advances.
So it becomes:
/cast [target=party1target, exists, dead] Skinning(Expert)
/cast [target=party1target, exists, dead] Skinning(Artisan)
Target the dead thing you want to skin on your main and hit the macro. If your skinner is close enough he will skin it. Also helps to turn on Auto-loot.
This should get put in one of the sticky threads I've posted this macro a bunch of times.
nice one idd! Would be so cool to set favorit posts in the forum, so you can save all the data in here :)

I don't think you need to update the macro. My Skinning is almost up to 300 and I am still using "/cast Skinning".

Same here, I never had to update /cast Skinning.
I bind mine to my /follow macro. just
/cast [target=party1target,dead] Skinning
/follow [target=party1]
Works perfect. :)
Sadly, herb-skinning and mine-skinning don't work in a macro and must be clicked. *sniffle* I've tried.
Yeah I was using just skinning for awhile with no problems and on some mobs it would only work if I updated it. It didn't happen often but I just set it up that way so I didn't have to worry about it.
