can't remember the thread with the keyboard setup for 4x sha 1 pala

as the title says ... I've seen a thread where someone posted his keyboard / actionbar combo's listed in a spreadsheet (screenshot). I really can't remember if it was yesterday or longer ago. I just remember I found it very useful for me but forgot to bookmark it. I do believe it was for a shaman/paladin team, but not sure. Can't recall the poster nor the thread, or what the thread was about. Search was to no avail.

Would be great if someone could place the link / path here.
