Can someone explain the argent tournament

I have just started running the dailies as my maces X 4 refuse to drop from heroic Nexus (0 for 13) and figured i would get the dagger spell power weapon.

you need to get 15 aspirant seals (3.5 days of dailies) whats next and how long till i can start getting Champion's seals--seeing as i need 25 for the mace.

15 asp -> 25 valiant -> champions

You can also do ToC to get seals in the mean time.

You are where I was a month or so ago. Guy from old guild has been getting into runs to gear up my hunter. He said we will do ToC. Great, I said, where is it? Summoned in, ran straight for the portal, wrong one dummy. finally found the entrance, ok mount up, huh, can't ! Equip a lance fool. MMK, now what, jump on a horse, hhmm, kk, now fight. Sure....die. founder my way back in. Get on Horse, push 4 3 times for shields. OK, now what? whoops no shields, die.

Any how, I now am four city champ and have nearly 100 seals. be Exulted Crusader by the weekend. So that must tell you it hard to get started, but it gets to EZ Mode. (hint: Alts CAN DPS)
