what addon does this healer's buttons so the healer can click to cast heals/shield/cleanse on a target?

For the life of me I can not remember the name of that addon. I did something similar once with a bar mod but it was not a very good use of the limited action buttons.

I not sure of the exact addon in your pic, but in the past I know benecast and on of the discord addons were able to put buttons under your unit frames like that. I don't think ether of them are being updated any more.

I think a good click casting addon would get you the same effect, check out clique. (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info5108-Clique.html)
