Here is my modified version of Synergy that also contains keyboard broadcasting. Just go into the hotkeys and bind a key to toggle keyboard broadcasting.

Note: You only need to run this on the server machine, not the clients and I recommend that since running it on the client machines seems to crash it. :(

Tested, and runs flawlessly :)

Just trying to figure out which hotkey I want to use that will work well with my layout, what key do you use to toggle it on / off?

I use the ` key (left of the 1 key and above the tab). I haven't really run with it enough to decide if that is good placement yet though. I do have a highly modified keyboard layout (ie: no keys are bound the same as the defaults) so I'm not sure how that would work if you are using the default keyboard layout.

I realize it's been almost six months since you've posted this, but if you could either reupload this or get ahold of me so that I can host it, it'd be appreciated.

Does SYnergy have the same functionality as MultiBox ?

I want keyboard broadcasting, but not mouse broadcasting, but I do want to be able to move the mouse between all of my screens. MutliBox does this really well, but it has a problem at the moment where it often jumps the centre bottom screen.

This install of Synergy provides a toggle to broadcast all keyboard commands, whereas it looks like Multibox has the ability to specify which commands you want to send.

The issue with Synergy is using mouselook. In order to get this to work, you have to set relative mouse movements (no biggie), and lock the mouse to the second screen, which can be done either by pressing Scroll Lock or using a hotkey on your mouse.

This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for.

I play FFXI so I have different needs for my six-boxing. Thanks a ton op!
