Ok so am i supposed to be using WASD in my main window to controll my clone using Keyclone, or my mouse? Using WASD gets them all messed up while running.

Ahhhh, i found that if i unbound WASD on the clone is stopped lol. Is that going to cause any issues later down the road?

KeyClone has a "Do not pass" list. You can add w,a,s,d to that list to prevent them from being passed.

I think keybindings are saved with your account/character server side so you won't be able to use w,a,s,d if you wanted to play that account/character by itself. Even making that window active and pushing w,a,s,d won't do anything.

So unbinding w,a,s,d is probably not the best thing to do, adding it to the "Do not pass" list might save you some headaches down the line.

Awesome thanks. Another quick question, Will i ALWAYS have to hit my /assist macro before i kill any mob?

That depends.

You can put assist into the macro's for spells/attacks.
Then its a single key for assist and the spell.
But you are technically still assisting.

/cast [target=ZantosTarget] Lightning Bolt

/assist Zantos
/cast Lightning Bolt

/cast [target=FocusTarget] Lightning Bolt

/cast [target=party1Target] Lightning Bolt

/cast [target=targettarget] Lightning Bolt

Depending on the assist method you use, they should all work.
And then assist is built into your attack, which means one less thing to click before attacking.

So are each of those the macro to do so, or will any of those work? such as the:

/assist Zantos
/cast Lightning Bolt

If Zantos were my clone guy i would just make that macro and put it in my clones #1 slot and be good to go?

You have a main toon... named Zantos.

You have one or more alternates, names A, B, C etc.
The macro's on A, B, C etc.. could read.

#show Lightning Bolt
/assist Zantos
/cast Lightning Bolt

This works, as long as Zantos is around to select targets.

Probably the simplest assist method is to use Focus.

Everyone's spells are:

#show Lightning Bolt
/cast [target=FocusTarget] Lightning Bolt

Or...

#show Fireball
/cast [target=FocusTarget] Fireball

Then you need one hotkey per toon on your team.
So on a three box team, three hotkeys.
Or five hotkeys on a five box team.

Each of the hotkeys are on the same keybind.
So A, B, C, D and E all have.
/Focus A
On say Alt F8.

And they all have... /Focus B... on say Alt F9.

When you switch from one toon to another, press Alt F9.
Now B is the focus for every toon.
And every toon casts at the focuses target.
Which is some protection against having your first toon killed.

Zantos, please read the stickies. You've already been walked through AHK and HKN and now macro basics.

Have you not watched Multiplicity? You can't control the clones!
