Screenshot help

I am running ISBoxer for my current setup. I have some trouble taking screenies :/ My screenshots all come out whack with a green or pink bar at the top. Anyone else have this trouble?

what happens if you just load WoW? Are you trying to take all toons, all monitors?

It works fine on one wow. I just want a screen shot of the main window.
