I'm not sure if you can force Healbot to display alphabetically.
With an alphabetical display, every toon is in the same position on every other toon.

I know Vuhdo can do the alphabetical display.
Grid can too, with the additional addon GridCustomLayouts.
You need Clique with Grid to interpret the clicks, but Vuhdo is a stand alone option like Healbot.

With healbot you can reorder your group order by clicking each toon in the order you wish for them to be displayed with a ctrl-alt-rightclick. I don't know how to make it persistent, but I quckly reorder my priest's healbot window each time I start up.

I just went through this on my pally team

If I was at home I could give better details on how to set this up but you can in fact set up your heal bot so no every member of your team lists everyone in the same order.

The set up for this is either in the healing or bars section.

1. Ensure only "raid" is checked in the middle portion
2. ensure all groups are checked
3. The bottom drop down menu select "by name".

There are other options you can select but I have found by trial and error, especially if you want to do AV or join a raid you need to configure your setup for the largest raid you will be joining. In my case I originally set it up for my group of 5 and upon joining my first AV was unable to heal myself.

When I get home I will look at my setup and post a better step-by-step process to set this up.

@Bazibaz (http://www.dual-boxing.com/member.php?u=30024): I recently switched from healbot to vuhdo after reading this post, and it is WAY better. More options, and looks better. Biggest difference for me initially, was that it is much easier to see who is not in range. The raid view is much better as well by default. I'm currently using it with my 5 druid healers in AV to keep our group up. Highly recommended

You have two general options with IS Boxer.

Repeater will broadcast everything to all clients.
And Keymaps will send an output key to the chosen windows, and each has a hotkey to activate them.
If both are active at once, the Keymap has precedence.

For example, I've set "F" to have all my slaves target whatever my main is targeting.
With both Keymaps and Repeater on, I cannot type F, since that causes the slaves to assist the main, but does not output a key.

You'll want to have a keybind to toggle Keymaps on and off.
And another for Repeater (I broke repeater into two Keymaps, one for keyboard and another for the mouse).

The default state is repeater off and keymaps on.

Then looking at the existing Keymaps, you can copy them to achieve whatever you want.
