View Full Version : Considering 4x DK and 1 Priest

Finally got my first DKs to 80, and I'm really loving the class! I know that doing 5x DKs really isnt viable for Instances anymore, but what about 4 DKs (1 Tank and 3 DPS of course) and a Priest? Think its do-able?

I think any Tank, 3 dps and healer group will be viable.
Some will be more difficult than others to multibox, but at least you only have 2 different classes which simplifies things greatly.

consider a shaman or pally healer instead due to the much better buffs they would give your dk's.

I like the way you think. I'd probably go Pally. I've played the crap out of Shamen and am ready to look at some other classes for a while.

I know that the pally healer is considered to be the worst healer for multiboxing due to it's lack of AOE healing abilities for those moments when everybody takes damage. So weigh that up with the buffs they provide. Although the simplicity is nice.

Honestly I'd go with the priest, they have the best and easiest aoe healing and being all melee you really need it.

I play 3 dks and a drood tank and I wish I had leveled a priest instead of shammy for heals.

A friend of mine let me use his account for a few days to try it out and I was able to do many things I couldn't due to the power of the priesty heals vs my ahamans
