Create a new Keymap.
Call it whatever works for you.
I usually put my new ones in general.

Pick a hotkey to activate it.
Create a number of steps.
Steps are different things that happen on subsequent presses of the same key.
So if you want the one key to do four macro's, one after the other, you'll want four steps.

On each step, pick what you want it to do.

Also, pick which windows are effected on each step.
You can go by character name, character slot, or an action target group.

Thanks for your response by testing the truth estube doing just that but sometimes I worked macros and other non do not know why but I've been doing tests and apparently more pressing G to pass on WoW alt + ctrl + z the personage sat instead of doing the spell

Does hitting alt-cntl-z do anything when you press it, not use a macro? It is not set by the Quick Wizard by default. That sounds like wow is happening. If it does something and you don't know where it is set-up, look in the WoW keybinds

With IS, pretty much we need either keyboard repeater (default from wizard is keyboard and mouse on one hotkey) on, or the hotkey to be in a Keymap.

The default state of play, is repeater off but keymaps on.

Each keymap has a hotkey to activate it.
It also has an action it performs, which can be a keybinding.
The keybinding doesn't have to be the same as the activation hotkey.
It doesn't even need to be the same keybinding on each toon.

If you're going with keybindings, they have to do something within the wow client.
