...Test realm patch notes...

Knockbacks no longer dismount players. If on a flying mount, you will be knocked back a short distance before being able to resume flying.

That was the best way to defend the bridge from returning Alliance in AV, not to mention other high places :(

yeah - i saw that too ... kinda glad in a way, cuz I hated it when i saw you camping that bridge =)

so apart from poly or hex, how can players get dismounted now?

LoL, I always loved it when a rogue came and thought he could take my leader out, only to be launched into orbit :)

Poly and hex has never dismounted fliers. I don't know of any way to dismount a flier now.

Actually im in the middle. On one hand i miss being able to knock people off mounts. On the otherhand, im happy cause i wont get knocked off naxx of my flying mount anymore. That used to so piss me off when people did that. But hey at least we are getting an aoe spell in 3.3 maybe ill be 8 lvls higher and 80 by then lol.

In the case of the AV bridge.

Even if you don't knock a player off of their mount.
They'll still be knocked back and fall to their deaths.

I would agree to a railing put on the bridge if we can dig out the hill in front of our fence.

Guess I put that wrong...maybe "Shaman kind-of nerf" or something like that.

I've never noticed that. It could also be I have dismounted them, and never really clicked that "I" dismounted them and not them dismounting to heal or something.

I've seen that happen about 99% of the time. But, statistics are 98.23% incorrect about half the time.
