Deadly Boss Mod with DBM Spell Alert installed for party timers is nice.
Monque (sp?) Quest tracker is good for tracking party quest.

2 addons that I really really like are
1) bagon (makes one big bag)
2) bankstack : sorts/organizes the contents of your bags for you.
Bank stack makes is so all your like items end up in the same area. So all your food buffs are together as well as weapons/armor or quest items. To activate bank stack just type in "/sort". After this is done then all your toons should have along the same organization. This is particular helpful in finding "use:" quest items.
This and something that auto sells gray items for you (jamba will do this).

I use a combination of all the ones listed in this thread. Ualaa has some great advice in that you don't want all of these addons on all of your toons. For example, Recount is great in analyzing how members of your team are doing in action. But I noticed drastic slowdown by running this on multiple clients and now only run it on my main.
My favorite mod in the list is SmartBuff. I ran a focus based buffing system before I was introduced to this mod. Not only does this speed things up ... it also saves bar space. Give it a try!
PS - I view Jamba as a requirement. I couldn't imagine 5 boxing without this mod.

Bank Stack is great one of my favorites. The sorting of bank items is a great feature but with most bag mods most of us use it to filter so we are transparent to the actual placement of items. What really makes this addon shine is /sort Guild or /sort guild 1 . This will sort the entire Guild Bank or just a tab. It is not as fast as the bank sort but it works nicely. The only issue I have seen is when I am sorting the entire bank sometimes I need to flip through tabs otherwise the sorting pauses. Another must have as most of us boxers are the GM, Officer and member of our guilds so housekeeping is all left to us.

My clones only use Jamba, mainly to save resources, as they're all run on 1 computer.
The main uses a lot of stuff;
Jamba <--obvious
XPerl <--easiest to set up, and shows each slave's cast bar
Carbonite <--just started using it, I like the tracking features (especially when trying to quickly level my druid right now)
Bagnon <--best bag mod out there, IMHO
DBM <--just the party and battleground modules
DoTimer <--nice little DoT/Cooldown mod
Elkano's Buff Bars
Chatter <--used to use Prat, but it was never updated on time
Bartender4 <--I like to hide any buttons I don't use, no screen clutter
If I had to pick 2, it would be Jamba and Bagnon I couldn't live without.

I don't have any DPS mods...if I care, I run /combatlog and plug it in to World Of Logs. I have no threatmeter, Pitbull shows threatbars/% based off the ingame threat for when I need to know. Some of the stuff is more fluff than anything, I could box without things like TipTop and SilverDragon, but anything that gives me more information with fewer places to look is a must-have to me.
