Now that melee boxing is more viable and since the 1+4 pally teams seems to make headlines, have anyone tried DK + 4 * enhancement shammies? Seems like something that could work. Mail instead of plate, but syngergy, healing, tremors, heroism etc.? Just wondering :-)

The reason I didn't like this team when I ran heroics with it is because the maelstrom chain heal/healing wave didn't heal the group as well as 4 ret pallies giving healing from divine storm, insta flash of lights, and judgement of light. Plus your DPS really seems to suffer when using your maelstrom procs for healing instead of damage.

That being said, having 8 bloodlusted feral wolves plus a round robin earthbind totem to break snares could potentially be nice in arenas.

I would think a solo Enhancement Shammy would add a lot to a melee team.
Not sure if multiple shammies is the best option.

The more classes you add, the harder is becomes to get optimal dps from each.
However, DK tank, Enhancement Shammy and two Ret Pallies as a team.
And someone else playing the healer, or if you are... another class too.
It's a few things to manage.

With I could be on 2 5v5s at once to try this

Being able to kill a warlock sounds exciting. maybe I'll do it in 3s
