Adding a For Sale forum would be nice

Pretty much everyone on this forum goes through a substantial amount of hardware. Given that I'd like to suggest that a For Sale forum be added so we can trade our goods amongst each other. Not sure if this topic has been hit on before but just wanted to through it out.

As an example, I'd really love to pickup a used X-Keys pro if anyone decided they didn't like theirs. :)

Also I have a MS Strategic Commander that I never really did like that I'd part with cheap. Trust me, BARELY used. :)

Problem with those is when scammers and/or "honest" problems arise. You can't really facilitate the trade of real money without some sort of responsibility; and I don't think the fine folks running this forum want that headache. =)

At the moment not going to touch this type of activity, but it could be a possibility in the future. Once these forums are upgraded and everything is fleshed out we can add to that :)

ye i agee with you on this huge risk of scamming the only way would be maybe sorting out an ebay acution and relinkng it in a forsale section.

but i think most people who buy the hardware often link some very good websites where you can also get things brand new at a good price.

tbh I would not recommend this, there are plenty of other sources for sale/trade of computer hardware that has admins with time to dedicate soley to stopping scammers/trolls I wouldnt wish a headache like that on Ellay. This site is great how it is :)

Sounds like a good idea. Just the bad thing would be scammers. But then again you get that from ebay anyways.
