I know arms is a clear cut winner while leveling a group due to subpar gear. But does that balance ever shift as your warrior begins to get better & better gear? A fury rotation at first sight seems like it would be simpler due to the unpredictable nature of Overpower. Has anyone found this to be the case or has it actually been the opposite in your personal experience?

On a side note - I've noticed my warrior's relative power in the group fade significantly once I hit 45-55. The other DPS options are an enhancement shaman & a ret pally. The shaman has superior weapons because he's been lucky on instance drops. But the Pally is lesser geared and still pumping out more dmg. That sound about right or do you think my macros may just be off a little bit? I'm using the macro series mentioned in Fur's macro compilation.

It's a little disappointing considering the warrior brings the least amount of buff/utility to the group ... so I'm trying to reverse the scales & up his contributions.

Unless you absolutely need the group 5% melee Crit, I'd say go arms just for simplicity of their rotation. Hell, My Warrior is Fury and I still Stance Dance to get in Rends and Overpowers.

Thanks for the feedback guys!

It's a little saddening to think that it will probably never make sense for my warrior to dual wield 2H weapons. But at least I know I won't be missing anything ...

What a pain in the ass it is finding two good 2h weps that arent from HToC or Nax10..... my rogue is annoyed that he cant win any good weaps in 10 or 25 man ToC, but I have seen a 2h wep drop once in the all the times I have run that place. Although I was pretty lucky on Tuesday, I won the melee trinket that everyone says never drops ;)

People were offering me 10k to trade it to them, lol as if a boxer needs more gold.
