In this thread please list any specific gear, enchants, profession items, etc that you feel can make the difference in an arena. It does not need to be multiboxer specific - and don't assume anything is too obvious to list. Let's make this comprehensive.

1) PvP Trinket that removes "loss of control" effects. Essential for all races other than Human. This can be the Medallion of the Horde (bought with straight honor and has lots of reslience) for healers or a Wintergrasp marks purchased one (at the vendor in WG) that comes with an offensive bonus such as attack or spell power.

2) Head and Shoulder enchants purchased at the WG vendor for stonekeeper shards. These pack AP or SP along with the ever-important resilence.

3) Arena Drinks - Available from the special drink vender under dalaran who sells Star's Sorrow a drink usable in arenas. Could be important in long fights especially when numbers fall to 2v2. There is no arena food afaik (except what mages summon?)

4) Engineering made glove enchants: Hand-Mounted Pyro Rocket which will do about 2k damage without invoking the GCD. 45 sec cooldown but requires engineering 400

5) A meta gem with 10% stun reduction should be considered. The less time you're stunned the more time you're DPSing and healing. This is supposed to stack with racial and talent stun time reducers.

6) Proper hit rating. Make sure you have the right PvP hit rating for your class. This is generally lower than the PvE hit requirement but probably even more important especially for synchronized burst.

List away!

Note: Last year i farmed the hell out of the headless horseman to get the swords he dropped that summoned pumpkin soldiers in order to hopefully have an edge in arenas. Turns out they don't work in arenas... but if they did they would definitely be on this list since you could have started the match with them equipped to summon an immediately switched to your real weapons even if combat had begun.

7) Bandages... maybe not for a 4 shaman team but you'd be surprised how much they can help others

PVP tips from the Elox:

1.When your gear is not that good you should stack stam and resi

2.At the point whne u get to the furious/relentless level, spellpower should be stacked

3.Try to get the hit rating somewhat close to 5%

4 . Have atleast 100 spell penetration troug gems and cloak enchant. (personlay i go with 120-130)

5. You never know how long you are gonna be stuck with the gear you got. Get the BEST enchants/gems right away

6. SpellPower scales better for multiboxers! imagine the bracer enchant, 40stam to all the shammys. It gets swept away pretty fast from single aoe spells.
On the other hand, spellpower multiplies up on the shamans and gives you on bracer 30x4 wich gives 120 sp + on your team. this is much better!

!

I would gem up to, but not further than:
21000hp
750 resil

If you pass these numbers, gem spell power. When you upgrade gear you can start replacing stam/resil gems for more spell power.
