Does anyone Know Deathknightx, because he saw me on my level 6 Shammy, Hunter, Hunter, Hunter team......yes level 6.... On the server The forgotten Coast in Razor Hill.....not doing anything stupid just a basic follow on the way to the Inn....and started spamming me about how I breaking the ToS...And how he sent screen shots to a GM....now I'm not usually worried about this kinda of thing at all and have had people talk to me about it before but never quite so adamant about it though. I just had this odd funny feeling about it and it was odd that all 4 accounts stated to lag considerably just outside of Razor Hill. I have read the part if the ToS about operating mulitple accounts....and I am using innerspace and IS boxer and some basic addons...any thoughts out there from the collective plethora of knowledge out there.....Thanks.

If all the accounts are in your name, you are fine. Lag is likely from the mass chaos incited by the new holiday event that went live last night {or the night before? I don't know, my "day" starts at 10 PM}.
People like that are usually the same people that you'll see on the forums screaming that thier "friend" got banned for account sharing/gold buying/BG botting/whatever.

If he does it again, or someone does this to you, simply ask them *nicely* to leave you alone. Then ignore them, and make a note somewhere of the incident.
If they try to get around your ignore, or continue to harrass you, file a report. Make a note that it's ongoing harrassment, and give them the date, time, and channel.
Too many people think they have a right to force others to listen to their opinion, and cross the line. If it's a one time thing, let it go. You know you are within TOS, so why worry?
If there's a second time, add a possible step up the penalty volcano for them. Who knows, your report could be the last strike, that gets them banned.
Just keep yourself out of trouble, never answer them, swear at them, or act like you're afraid. That's what they want. Bullies hate people who are'nt afraid of them, or people who don't care.

I recall my worst experience, it was also on The Forgotten Coast realm horde side. This guy was stalking me in 1K and even waited for me when I would log off, eat dinner come back on. He tailed me forever until he got a response from a GM, I could tell because he tried to reply to the GM in /say instead of /tell. After his conversation with the GM he broke off and then attempted to KS me multiple times and I threatened to report him for the harassment after which he let me be.
Many people are convinced that they know whats right and wrong and take it upon themselves to met out justice even though there are GM's to take care of such matters. Just follow Gadzooks advice and record the incidents just in case you need to report them later.

On a personal note, I wouldn't take much offense at anything said by someone that the best name they come up with is Deathknightx.

I don't mind when they threaten to report me to a GM, but it's super annoying when they follow you around and try to KS every mob. That makes me so angry. I usually afk for a while and see if they get tired of waiting.

just use the
/ignore dueche
and do your best to continue on, if they make a new character to bother you then report them.
