While I'm on a long run across the barrens, with my crusader's aura and epic mounts, I thought I'd share some free advice*

My level 67 alts are getting 6960xp per candy bucket.
My level 77 alt is getting 12840xp per candy bucket.
The level 80 master is getting 6 gold 63 silver per candy bucket.

While I couldn't be less interested in stuff like achievements... free XP and gold are relevant to my interests.

To make it as slothful as possible, here's what you need.

QuestGuru addon: Set it "Autocomplete all quests"
World of WarCraft©: Go to the system menu, hit interface-->Control-->Autoloot, set loot key to "none"
Notepad.exe: Go to somewhere, type /use handful of candy, and CTRL-C copy it. Now when you're traipsing about just CTRL-V to automatically open the candy and loot the hell outta it.

Now I just need a world Candy Bucket map to better plan my circuit.
If you're lucky enough to be one of those people who plans ahead and gets all of the flight paths long long ago, you'll have a much quicker time of this. You know which flightpath you forgot though?**

*advice: Most is worth what it costs

My level 67 team got well over half a level each by doing all the buckets they could reach.

My level 80 team made almost 2,000 gold from 5-boxing all the candy buckets.

For old world, it's pretty easy, at least as horde. Simply visit every capitol city, every noob city (mulgore, razor hill, the blood elf one), and then take every flight point that has an inn at the destination. That's about it. Outland is about the same. Every possible bucket is near a flight point, except the scryer/aldor inns in Shattrath are rather far away from the Shatt FP.

Not Exactly a map, but there is an achievement linked to opening candy buckets, with a listing of buckets to be done for each continent (except Northrend).

I was not thinking about the XP factor. I will certainly run my level 71 all mages team through all I can. Thanks for the tip.

The candy buckets are fun for any team.

But half a level to a full level, somewhere in that range... is very nice for Northrend level teams as a bunch of leveling without the need to worry about collections. A huge bonus.

Even if you did the achievement last year, you can still go back and loot them for exp or gold this year. If you have the time, it takes a lot depending on how many alts you want to get through this.
