Tenris was part of the pre-WOTLK release event, not halloween.

Yeah I was hoping he'd be back, too. I would do any amount of farming to get a shot at his rockin' axe.
Only nice surprise so far was I got the sword to drop after about 15 kills(shuffling in alts and guildies, and waiting up at night for daily quest thing to reset)
2 brooms in that time, too.

I have to say he lied or he used the summon from last year. I brought a 73 out and the ! was grey, so I'm guessing minimum of 75. But, you can bring any level toon in you want to loot. Already got the plate helm, a broom and the melee ring on my level 24 paladin.

Just did it with my team. For a long time I let my shaman team lag, got a mixed team to 80 then quit due to crunch time at work for about 6 months. Jumped back in and leveled my shaman team up, 2 of the 4 hit 80 just the other day and the others are 20% of 79 left to go. I got lucky and every ring that dropped was a caster ring so now they all have the hit ring and one has the hit and mp5 ring.

Knowing my lucky streak though tomorrow I'll get nothing but the same dps ring. :p

I got like 3 of the sinister squisings last year in the trick or treat bags. bad thing is, they were all alts I never played at the time and none on my hunter I was working on that 'Hallowed' title for. Of all things, that was the one thing he's still missing to get that title.

My only question cause i havent been in there yet to kill the HH. Does he still drop lvl 70 loot or no. Also what lvl is he now and health. I would love to do him but i only have two teams with an 80 tank and 4 lvl 70's. So any advice if i could still take him or no.

You should be able to kill him with a level 80 tank and 4 caster 70's if you keep the casters at 35 yards or more (they'll never take damage). He drops 80 loot. He's very easy.

You need to be 75 to summon him, so it will only be 1 x summon each day for you. And he's pretty easy, but with low DPS he will summone those adds, wich prolly will wipe you'r 70 guys.

I traded the hollowed helm to one of my alts and haven't gotten credit for the achievement so far. The trade expiration hasn't expired yet, dunno if that will change anything.

No, u can trade it, but they won't get the achievement. It dropped today for me and i traded with my shaman but he didn't get the achievement. Too bad.

So far I haven't seen a helmet or a sword drop yet.
I've had :
2 squashlings and the helmet today.
3 brooms
too many rings
lots and lots of candy

Ok, after the trade expiration was up (i was offline) I logged back in and the alt shaman DID get credit for the achievement. I don't know if you can pass one hat around and get credit, but I did get credit for one hat on two separate characters for trading it once.

I was able to pick up the HH quest @ 73 and now I'm about to hit 74 with my mixed group (pally,hunt,sham,druid,priest).

Do I stand a chance at taking him out @ 74? 75?

My DK pack got it at 72 (i think they are at 72... maybe 73). Not sure if I want to rotate my DKs through for one ring and a shot at a ilvl 200 helm. Guess brewfest seemed a bit more useful on the gear front.

You can summon him at 75, yes. As for taking him down as a team of 75s, I don't know...

Ok now i got two chars with the squashling need to get ummm let me count. 2 mins later, i need 27 more to get all my characters on main relm with one and 12 on alt relm to have all my characters with the pet. Trying to get them on all characters so i can sit in org and show off with all five on HH mount and pets lol.

Got the mount last night. My guildmates where all extremely jealous, especially since I had only myself to roll against. I made up some story that all my shaman whinged when I took it but they didn't believe me. :P

I tried this as well. Didnt work, however it appears the droprate is good enough to ensure everyone in your group gets both items before the end of the holiday.

Agreed that drop rate this year is better on all Hallow's eve items. I have done HH twice and saw 2 broom in the groups. The trick or treat also seems to treat more than before, almost too much. I do need masks for that achivement

Trading the helm worked for me, 2 days ago, but it was pointless as I now have multiple on each toon. I am 1 squashling away from 3x Violet Proto-Drake
