Hoping someone can shed some light on this. I ditched follow strobing in favor of just an FTL follow. I never got that to work.

I re-generated my entire setup from the wizard. The only thing I changed was copied over a couple misc heal/movement keymaps. I made no changes to general or control.

The FTL follow macro does not do anything. I asked the wizard to automatically follow main character on switch - it did not generate that at all so I had to add it.

Entire config is here. I'm willing to pay more for support or pay someone, haven't been able to play all weekend and as a general rule any time I touch my ISBoxer config I break everything, so it'd be nice to know what I'm doing wrong http://www.dual-boxing.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

I have not had a chance to look at the config in detail but one comment. While not a huge huge deal to most folks I do my best to not include my accountname when I paste a config. If you have the auth it is less of an issue but just something to think about.

I got FTL follow to work, but only when grouped. Is this normal? All other FTL based stuff worked great out of group, and you don't normally have to be in someone's group to follow them.

yes you have to be grouped, I found that out, took me a week lol.

what I do when i have my priest follow my groups for lvling, I make a macro that targets whoever and cast whatever, example below

/targetexact Heyaz
/cast Renew

/targetexact Heyaz
/follow

doing it this way was the only way i got it to work.

I've found the FTL does rely on being grouped.
I'd assume same raid would work as well, but haven't tested that yet.

That's interested, the macro targets by name, not sure why. I know I tried grouped last night and it didn't work, so the new config did something.

Regular FTL assist works still works without being in group though, which is nice.

This particular follow issue may actually be related to Jamba. If you switch to the new Jamba (or disable it) I'm told this works fine, but that you may need to manually add characters to the member list, or set the master, or something along those lines

I'm sure plain FTL follow can work without grouping, just not the assisting or spell casting.

I know because it's about a 25% chance on any given day I start my set up that I won't notice they are ungrouped until I go to take my first flight path :(
