Question about Jamba/IS

I'm using both and I find the follow strobe extremely useful, even during combat. But if for example I want to spread my team to avoid/mitigate any aoe it takes just too long to deactivate follow strobing and then make a formation.

Is there any way around this? Does using both, how do you handle it?

I use a round robin key within IS. First step does jamba strobeoff all. Second step is my formation with 'w-slot2' 's-slot3' 'q-slot4' and 'e-slot5' or however you want to spread out. If you get out of sync on the round robin just toggle your keymap on/off to reset it.
