Any Penetration Testers around?

I am a penetration tester... it's one part of my job (actual title is Security Analyst). I have the CISSP and CEH. Would be glad to answer your questions.

I am wanting to get into the field and was wanting to know the name of any books you would recommend. There are just so many out there. Also was wondering what you consider 'to old' for a book. Thanks for the help
