Why doesn't this macro work

Hi all,

where am I going wrong, I want this macro to to invite 2 alts into the group and set the loot method to free for all, but it wont change. here's the macro:

/invite alt1
/invite alt2
/script SetLootMethod ("freeforall");

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not certain on this, but I'll take a stab. Can't log on obviously to check atm.

You have the right code, but the fact that there is the delay in inviting each of your alts means that you're trying to set the looting method when a group doesn't exist yet?

Ditch the script - /ffa does the same thing

I'm making the assumption you're using Jamba or some other method for autoinvites.

Just spam that until all your guys accepted group and you're golden.

if you get a addon here on the forums pick up JAMBA it does that for you among other really helpful things

You should only have to hit the button once. There's no delay in creating an invite.

Yeah but if you're set to auto-accept invites, there's a delay for the time it takes for them to accept - at least 1 person has to accept before loot changes take place.

Personally I just use "/jamba-team invite" and have Jamba set to change it to ffa automatically. My mass invite macro has been retired.
