RAF scheme

HI, Appologies if this is an identical post to another but i searched and could find one.
I'm thinking of starting RAF again for various reasons and was just wondering if this setup would work?
Account A=Existing Account lvl 70 Priest
Account B=Existing Account lvl 70 Paladin
Account C= New RAF account
Account D= New RAF account
Account E=New RAF account
is it possible for this to work?
A refers C
C refers D
B refers E
as not all accounts in the grp are connected would 3x xp still be gained?

Yes.

... but do you plan on using your pally and priest in your group?

Possibly but atm i plan to use them for boosts :)

well I think I would chain them to one account, /as in B->C->D->E so if A boosts 4 toons all 4 get 3x. if A&B boost then 3 toons would get 3x. Your way, if A&B boost, E gets no 3X. Bad thing about my method, is A doesn't get a mount and added game time.

Im not going to boost with the priest and Pala at the same time :P

My recommendation would be to boost with the pally. Especially if its Protection. Ive been boosting groups of 4 from 1-60 in roughly 10-11 hrs using a level 80 prot pally in mostly blue crafted gear.

Given that you get 3x experience while grouped, does have a high level toon skew your exp? I can't quote the math, but I thought if a high level toon helped, you would get a lot less exp.

No because A is boosting and C and D are connected and so are B and E so they all get 3x xp

Totaly correct i did this, and just finished two group to 60 with a warlock boosting.

Yes, the booster does skew the math, but booster is also kills A LOT faster so you end up with faster leveling.

a-b-c-d-e runs as team on same level mobs, they might get 25 xp per kill.

a boosts b-c-d-e on same mobs the 4 boosted toons might only get 3 xp per mob, but in that same time A will kill 25-30 mobs and there is no downtime. The better A is level wise, A can do much higher level mobs at the same speed so you are back to 25 xp per kill..

bit of a problem basically if i join:
A( 70 pala) to B (new acc.)
B(new acc.) to C(new acc)
and
D(70 priest) to E(new acc.)
Then for every group i boost to 60 i only get 30 lvls to the boosting account and as all i have on that account is a 70 pala i need 60 per boost to 60, any ideas?
