What level do the BGs and Such start at?

I have never been a big PVP guy but I am thinking about leveling up a 5x Mage team and just do it via the BGs. I have GMs in all professions so I can just make them gear as they go.

I was just curios what level I have to boost them to in order to start running BGs.

10+ for Warsong Gulch
30+ for Arathi Basin (I think) 20 or 30.
50+ for Alterac Valley
60+ for Eye of the Storm
70+ for Strand of the Ancients
70+ for Isle of Conquest

Cool thanks for the info. I have so many emblems and Shards I can just get them all the BoA stuff so they will have chest, shoulders, trinkets, weapons that grow with them. Then just use my jewler/tailor to make them stuff as they level.
