You saw it here first ladies and gents. 2000 5v5 S8.

Note the weeks record? 16-1. I had a software crash our first game today, so we were basically 17-0 against 2200+ comps. Fuck ya :)

wow grats, very nice. Why do 2 of your shaman have deadly helms?

shhh lol. I hate them lol. Didn't get an early enough start last season to fully gear all of em, ended up about 1 piece short on the clones.

Wow, grats! I'm having a shitty night :( Down nearly 50 points so far.

-69 points and counting, about to drop back into the 1500s -- so far tonight its 100% cleave teams and wizard cleave.

I'm still having a hell of a time with wizard cleaves too. I'm tryin different stuff out tho.

Strategy we use for bad nights? Stop queueing. Come back fresh another time. We've binged so many times and lost 100 pts, now we play a few - if it's good matches we farm, otherwise we leave. It's like gambling lol.

Yeah, it's like I know I should quit but I seem to expect different results, even though on a non-monday night we just get the same 2-3 teams over and over.

Tonight I think we had 4 -- we had a wizard cleave at the 2200, but what really hurt was we would go against a low rated team over and over, beat them but then once or twice they got lucky and dropped me and good by 17 points x2.

We finished up with a win and -51 points =/

But on the plus side I did impliment your wind sheer macro into my flame shock -- it took several skirmishes to get it to work correctly (as it turned out, I must have kept typing it wrong because it worked as soon as I copied the macro your posted and replaced lightning bolt with flame shock). I'm looking forward to seeing how that works out but I would think interupting some spells without doing anything differently certainly can't hurt :)

I'm still looking for a way to figure out your focus target set up since I use IS Boxer and its an auto FTL set up with everything auto assist whichever is the main.

I'm using IS boxer as well, except with a homemade FTL setup I already was using in the past. The focus target system should work just fine with your system. Let me know if you need help figuring it out.

Also: I put wind shear on everything now. I put it on LB, CL, FlameShock, "heal priest macro" and chain heal. Anything I would cast in an "o shit" situation gets a wind shear as well.

Oh, one of the teams we had tonight was a first for me -- it was another quad boxing shaman. I couldn't believe it, that's the first time I've run into another boxer. He was running 4 elemental and a 5th resto all though the 5th was a seperate player.

He had deadly helm and I think shoulders so it was kind of unfair but in the sewers we just kind of starred at each other for a minute. I told my healer "well this will be interesting, we'll just ground each other's spells" and I swear I could hear him do a face palm over vent as he said "oh god this is going to take forever."

Once the pleasnetries were over I went over to kill him -- chain lightning'd his totems, saw that I landed a 3 or 4 flame shocks and boom, dropped one. I wonder if he was just starting out because my healer said he was targeting different Clov's but the name was Dangeriousshaman or something like that, I actually went to my desktop to load up fraps to get this fight =P

I was just thinking of doing that actually.

Right now I'm writing a self healing macro -- before I would use chain heal with delays in it (castsequence) and single target lesser healing wave -- I'm replacing the chain heal one with lesser healing waves that target specific shaman.

Maybe you could help how to do this?

I want it to work like this
Shaman 1 > heals shaman 2
shaman 2 > heals shaman 3
shaman 3 > heals shaman 4
shaman 4 > heals shaman 1

I was going to just have a self target / heal macro but it occured to me if I'm spamming that button its likely because I'm getting killed and while your taking damage the casting time is reduced so it would be a better option to have another shaman heal, however I want the macro to default to healing self if the targetted heal is dead.

Ie, shaman 1 wants to heal shaman 2 but shaman 2 is dead so the macro defaults to healing shaman 1

Does that make sense? I'm guessing it would be a conditional macro like /[target=Cloverine,nodead] lesser healing wave?

What's your macro look like for putting wind shear on everything? If you have two /cast in one macro, do you have to hit the button twice?

I currently have it bound to just flame shock but I'm going to put it on my other spells too.

Wind sheer is off of the global cool down and it looks like its casted at the same time (ie I'll see the flame shock animation on one target and the wind sheer annimation on another at the same time) -- all though I did to spam my buttons to get them to go off to account for changes in range, melee weaving in and out, ect.

Nice, I'm gonna try this in 3's to test it out. May actually help there too

Congrats. 2k is impressive.

what about:

/cast [target=shaman2,nodead][target=player] lesser healing wave

?
