I'm switching to ISboxer from keyclone. I use 2 PCs at the moment, may switch to one now that the windowsnapper works so fast!

Anyway, I'm having trouble with one of my PCs. Everythings working perfectly on my Vista Ultimate x64 machine, but my XP Pro machine is having problems. I set everything up both as if i were only using one PC, and as if I was using 2 PCs, and when i get to the part where I launch wow from innerspace, nothing happens... I did get it once to open one wow window, but it was only in windowed mode, it never applied my layout to it. I have my Wow installed on the root of the D drive, and it does show up in innerspace in that path.

What am I missing?

When you launch your Character Set, it will do some logging to the main Inner Space console. Right click the IS icon and select "Console" to bring it up. It should offer some clue as to what the problem is.

ok, in the console its saying script file pipsqueak not found. Then it says

c:/Progam Files/InnerSpace/Scripts/isboxer.iss:1032 main() call ISBoxer.LaunchCharacterSet "${Params[2].Escape}" FALSE

Okay, in that case it sounds like ISBoxer was installed to a location other than the Inner Space folder, and therefore the required scripts are not in the Inner Space Scripts folder, but some new ISBoxer Scripts folder. I would highly recommend doing a new installation of ISBoxer in the Inner Space folder to avoid future problems with scripts not getting updated as a result of this, but you could alternatively copy the contents of ISBoxer's Scripts folder into Inner Space's.
