Tankard of Terror - 10 and counting.

Just curious what everyone plans on doing with their Tankards of Terror? I have 10 already sitting in the bank.

On my server the price is already down to about 600g if you want to sell one quick. I am most likely going to hang on to them since they will still be the best one handed weaps in the game for non-raiders. Even when the new 5 mans come out it will still be better than the non-heroic weaps and almost as good as the 232 weaps in the heroic version.

How many have you guys looted so far and what do you plan on doing with them? Keep them for alts? Sell them now? Wait to sell them after Brewfest is gone for a few weeks?

Just one stinking tankard.

I have trinkets coming out of every bodily orifice, a couple of ram mounts, one remote control (thank God!), zero kodo mounts and one Tankard of Terror.

Mind you, time constraints mean that I've not been as diligent in doing the daily kill as some of you have. I've only been taking one team there, and I think I'm up to about 25 kills.

I have no immediate need for money so I'll be sticking that one, along with any others I might get, in the bank for a few months and then flogging them for the new market price.

Only 1 Tankard, already sold it - no mounts, and I think I have every trinket for every one of my guys...

I'm drowning in trinkets. I think I have 4-5 of the broken bottle weapon things...

(2) tankards….but still no bloody mounts; or even a slightly beat up mount.

I plan to hold on to them for 3-4 mos and then pop em up on the AH.

Are these really that good? Im not up on my WOTLK weapons.. i have a level 70 enhancement shaman, working on getting him to 80.. was pondering whether i should try to buy two (theyre going for like 800-900 on the AH on my server).

I've got 12 or 13 tankards so far as well as every trinket and 4 rams/2kodo. I've been thinking of holding em for atleast a month then trickling them into the AH. Right now they are 1k a piece on AH with lower prices for quicker sales in trade chat.

I wouldn't mind funding my new team of guys off of tankard proceeds.

The stats on them are ok. The real allure of the things is that they are ilvl 226, which is a big deal for melee folk since the dps of your weapon is based directly off its ilvl, and weapon DPS is the single biggest contributor to your actual DPS. Add on that its a very simple to get drop that is BoE and you have a very, very good weapon for a freshly dinged 80.

I am saving my Tankards till after brew fest. Probably move them in November. The first one I got I sold for 3k now they are down to 900 or 600 for a quick sell.

All my guys have at least one stam trinket one of the mounts and all the other trinkets
I've seen one shanker2.0 and zip zero zilch of the tankards :(
