Ive dinged 21 and 17...but I decided to stop playing for now.
Game is great, i really like it, but i have to many real life friends that play wow with me....and gf likes wow more too.

What are you using? Keyclone? If so, which version? I'm not sure if I'm out of date or if they've updated since I began using it for wow. I've recently switched to Aion and have a lot more free time than my g/f so she wants me to dual box while she's away rofl

red- I am having a blast - for instance the 3rd level of skill in the chain for templar (learned at 19) has some awesome jump animation I'm not getting tired of seeing - not sure what is not appealing about Aion - to me it's like when you rolled your first toon in wow - all new and amazing - and you get to be there at the very begining

zin- as you can see in my signature I use hotkeynet though I would expect keyclone to work the same (which is to say that maximizer probably doesn't work right yet and neither does space/movement keys - yet it's boxable)

So what level were your toons in the US or EU servers yesterday ? I'm the first to announce 2 level 20 :-) (yes small achievement but I'm still happy about it; plus I have a job, a "slow" main (templar), etc... so... let's see who gets first to 30, 40 and 50 still...)


ps: it seems that Drizzit may have beaten me to 20 as he says he has 2 level 22 mages - well at least I made the first post about it on d-b.com :-) on for 2x30 !

I would also like to see those fullparty setup screenshots, but there's another thing that vexes me. I'm intrested in setting up my computer for dualboxing Aion, (assassin + chanter if it matters). I've looked through the HotKeyNet tutorial found on another forum of this site, but because 1. it was made for WoW and 2. I've never actually worked with special applications like this for dual-boxing (last game I dualled was DAoC, and there was no need for anything like this) I could not make heads or tails out of it.

Say I wanted a simple way of controlling my chanter, something like F1-F9 sending 1-9 to my second Aion window, how would I go about setting that up?

works with sending all the keys except movement keys to both windows - then you can decide if pressing "1" for instance does something on both or only on 1 (for instance I use 1-4 for common dps between my templar and chanter; 5-7 for stuff only for my templar and 8-= for chanter specific...)

why do you feel that Mass PvP isn't good for multiboxing? AV and WG are the best places for boxers in WoW and I would think that PvP in Aion would be similar in mass PvP. unless you are talkng abut lag, and then that's nothing to do with boxing, it's bad for everyne. Winterlag boss kills everyone, not just boxers :P

I was thinking pvp is an issue because movement in Aion is key - for instance to chase your victims or escape you need to quickly glide away - the quickly part doesn't work too well when you can't get your followers to glide...
