Well I got bored enough to crank up the boys again, decided to get them in order.

Converted to /click last night, all I can say is WOW. Glyphed myself up correctly, and my group DPS went from about 10k to over 14k (peak, about 13.5 avg) on the heroic dummy. Decided to go do a last night Gundrak run to see if I still had the chops, it was an absolute joke.

Healing is still a little on the neanterthal side but things die so fast it's really not something I'm worried about at the moment.

Few questions - can anyone link me to a good resource for the new elemental shaman gear? In particular the new badge gear (I still don't know exactly what they've done to the badges...)

Second - I've managed to work elemental mastery into the click sequence (for whatever reason at the beginning of the macro would hold up the whole sequence), but would like to work Thunderstorm into it - anyone got any ideas on how to do that without gumming up the works?

Life went and got good while I wasn't watching lol.

Check maxdps.com, you can filter just for Wrath and drops from new instances and rep items as well:

Correct me if I'm wrong but it appears that my future is going to be filled with whoring as many Badges of Conquest as possible....

Sure, there are a lot of good rewards from Conquest badges, depending on your current gear of course. Also, triumph emblems gives even better rewards, you can obtain 2x of those from daily heroic or 10/25 raid instances.

Make sure you start hitting up the heroic daily as often as you can. I think it takes 105 dailies if i recall correctly for a full (5 pieces) set of t9 gear. Theres also great jewelry etc.

I've never had a problem getting into raiding guilds - the question is to whether or not I can get them to let me actually raid.

I'm a novelty on A52....

Correct, unless you:

A) Join a raiding guild
B) PuG some end game raids. I'm absolutely amazed at how many of these raids are pugged these days.

One of my guildies has mastered the art of getting 4+ toons into a PuG raid without anyone noticing he's actually a 'boxer.

lol, i guess in PVE you don't want to have similiar characater nick's now :D

Yeah I am the guildie boxing pugs without them knowing... I don't bring in multiple toons with the same name if I am ninja joining pugs.... Helps on rolls too. Vault is the best bet for pugging, everyone just wants to fill the group asap, and u get tier pieces.

Hopefully if I can ramp up the dps just a hair more I can be respectable in raids.

I'm still learning the ropes of mbxing (I'm 4x right now). What is the general population like on A52? I could roll four toons over there. I'm not shooting for a high end raiding guild. I'm just having fun again in WoW thanks to mbxing.

I converted to /click recently too, and am seeing the same boost in DPS, and increase in abilities. It's incredible! Anyone not using click, read up on it, now that I'm doing it, it just makes sense!

Using click I managed to finally GET TO THE INFINITE CORRUPTOR in H COS tonight for the VERY first time.

I probably would have made it if I hadn't removed CL from my click rotation for 1/2 the instance. Tomorrow that bitch is goin down!!

I'm so jazzed...

just remember kids, key to victory with click macros is timing your presses just right. Spamming - bad.

QFT. I ran my new 5 man team through UK tonight, and I'm seeing some serious latency when I spam the key - I'm slowing down purposely, my years as a very amature musician are coming in handy, I do what basically is a 4/4 beat.

However, my DPS are all 1500+, Ingvar went down like a wet paper sack. It was pretty awesome. My Pally needs a few more pieces of gear and some enchants, and I'm gonna try my first heroic. The two bosses, the second ones, I killed each in less than a minute, by keeping a steady beat on the key. (I stole Fur's Boom macros, too - thanks!)
