PiP problems, mouseclick window

I've been dualboxing with keyclone for over a year now and have had a Picture in Picture setup on my computer. It's been working like a charm and whenever I moved my mouse over the PiP screen and clicked it did what I wanted it to do.

Recently I have reinstalled my computer and have downloaded the latest version of keyclone. I've tried to setup the same thing but whenever I click on the PiP window nothing happens until I click again in that window. It seems like it needs to "gain focus" before I can interact with it.

Has something changed or have I forgotten something in my setup?

There's a "focus follows mouse" option somewhere.

You need to have that ticked.

Thanks a lot, it was the thing that was missing. Now it is working as it did before.
