Looking for a UI

I found this UI on the forums, and i've seen movies on youtube, the thing is it lets you choose stuff on the UI, like Sizes, Where you want your spells to be, size of the spells, and such But the cool thing was, You could open a thing, And you could use keybindings by that, just pressing at a ''Change Keys'' or something, you pressed at a bar, and then lets say F and it became F

Help me find this.

Going to need more information on the UI do you have a screen shot? Bartender allows you to keybind on mouseover as does a few other mods.

Wait WHAT? Does bartender do that? i used that for months and never knew that rofl i better try.

and yeh, it was like bartender but im not sure but i'll try out bartender

It is a fairly new feature I know last year they did not have it. Just type /bar and click on keybind....

Dominos has mouseover to keybind. Had it back when it was Bongos, too, IIRC. I assumed most bar mods did.

Its easily configurable like you described. Just type /dom or click on its icon at the map.
