Pally Team takes down BRD

I've been working on Blackrock Depths for the past week or so, a little here and there. Just found out how to get the Shadowforge Key the other day and went after it to get further for my first time. Took my Pally team in this morning to get Bael'ar far a quest I missed the other day, and decided to see how far I can get before I had to log. So, I managed to find my way to Thaurissan and low and behold:

I've taken down all other bosses other than maybe one wing of the place, but never gotten any Screenshots :/ Wish this Autoscreenshoter addon I had would take them when I kill the bosses in dungeons. It seems to take one every time I level, get an achievement, and change my reputation with a faction o.O Dunno why, but oh well. I also grabbed the ability to smelt Dark Iron for the first time as well. So far, aside from the intentional wipe to get the quest for the SF key, I'd say I wiped maybe twice to this point and had one slave die on me at the big lava rock boss, Bael'ar, I think was the name:confused: but that was on the first attempt. Luckily my tank never went down even when I was sure he would've :D Hardly any Fire Resistance gear aside from a couple pieces I managed to grab off the bosses in there and the Aura. And never used Lay of Hands once, but used my Divine Shield+Holy Light macro a few times to save my team. I have the Glyph of Holy Light on slaves, so thats added heals for them :D

I played 5 pallies to 61 before switching to a mixed team for the drive to 80. They're so much fun. I'm looking forward to finishing the current team to get back to them. It'll be 4x pally, 1x shammy to counter fears.

I was told that 'Cleanse' can clear Fear from a friendly. I haven't tried this yet, but I did make a macro I can hit easily that has each of my toons target each other (Main targets Slave1, Slave1 targets Slave2, 2>3,3>Main, then all cast Cleanse) It works so far with most spells like the fire dots they kept casting in there, so I haven't tried it with fear yet. Hoping this works, cause Cleanse has no cooldown other the GCD and only costs like 87mana at lvl 56 (don't know the % of mana it is). Someone let me know if this does work with removing Fear and/or Hex. If I'm not mistaking, it works with trappings too, like root and net.

Yes, pallies can remove fear.

Thanks for the conformation. I made an attempt on Lower Blackrock Spire today and found that it does in fact remove the Hex also. Don't work however when your whole team gets hexed at once :/ Made a mistake by running into that one room with one of the bosses, can't remember the name, with the 6+ Shadow Priests. Lesson learned there. Gonna make another go of the place here tomorrow.

Yea, I thought about that after I wiped. I was just messin around when I took them on and didn't realize that one pulls the entire room there. I'll give it another shot and use this next time. I got it on Round Robin on my 3 Rets, so I'll see how it works.
