Nothing Saves

Humm is it me being noobish? I input everything in keyclone just like it says, but when i finish and go to the connect nothing is there. I have to type in wow1;wow2;wow3. Am i missing a step? I am truly at a loss i have tried so many times and ways i dunn even know what is right anymore. Would someone e-mail or message me a walk through that works PLEASE?
