Keyclone Crashing When Toons Attack

hi all , im using keyclone to multibox , 5 boxes , and when i hit a mob it crashes :( all the windows blocks and crashes
details of my pc :
Core 2 Quad , 4 GB , ATI HD 4650 (512) ,
temperatures are ok 50 for Graphic Card , MotherBoard 40 , CPU 40

Rob here is usually good about investigating problems if you give him enough info. When you experience the crash, do you get an crash message from wow? do you get a crash message from keyclone?

also, just out of curiosity can you leave one toon back at an INN and try to take the other 4 out..and attack something?
Tell us if the toon you left at home...crashes too.

just so its understood correctly, by crash, you mean that the windows just dissapear as if they've been closed?

Which apps disappear, every one of your wow windows AND keyclone? or just wow?

I had similar issue where keyclone would stop responding once I got into a battle. I fixed it by turning down the video settings to minimum on all slaves and limited the framerates to 30 on the main and 15 on the slaves. I also set cpu affinity to all cores for each instances of wow allowing windows to choose which cpu to use. Runs really well now. Main issue was having video setting to high and not enough cpu power to go around.

the boxes stays like that , but i can do everything in my desktop
edit : i will go deeper :
i was trying to discover what was the problem , i was using 5 boxes , and i tried 4 ok
heres the result :

only main char crashed , (i cant move it or do anything and before the mob died , i've crashed , so i still see it with half HP and i see it dead in my slaves so u can say that the image has stoped) but slaves were ok and the mob was dead (only in slaves screen)
and when i try to do 5 boxes , all Crashes
ps : i will give a screen when its possible , i had a problem so i couldn't upload
