Getting back in after a ... sabattical

So, after taking the Summer off from WoW I'm thinking about getting back into it. Before I just sign all my accounts back up though, I was wondering if Blizzard is offering any promo's I should be aware of. Last time I missed out on the "recruit a friend" and was pretty bummed (as I'd love the opportunity to powerlevel some of my lowbies).

Note: Scroll of resurection can be on accounts that have not been upgraded to Wotlk. I was going to resurect a few of my accounts after a wow vacation and was very sad when I read that.

RAF is still going on, if it works for you to add accounts to level up some toons.

So it looks like unless I want to buy some number of new accounts I will get no love from Blizz :(
