Fan of knives.. just can't wait much longer

Man, when is patch 3.2.2 coming out? Fan of knives is just everywhere. I mostly saw it in arena, but lately there are full throwing spec FoK rogues camping every tower in AV. Had two of them follow me around the entire battleground, spamming, killing 3 or all 4 of my shaman in under a few seconds (literally). Can't even cast instants.

It's been said before, but I think this is the biggest gimmick spell ever in WoW... been playing only a few months since release. Who came up with this crap? I was really excited about season 7 but I have a feeling we're gonna get stuck in the triple digit rankings trying to beat out fan of knives teams.

Here's a winner here, did nothing but stand in towers and spam fan of knives, mostly on me. 1.2 million damage....

I imagine 3.2.2 will come pretty soon since it will most likely contain the Halloween event. So maybe beginning of October?

From what I have heard 3.2.2 will be sometime in November since they are releasing Onyxia during that patch.

They can just enable Onyxia like S7 arena. Not sure its that easy, but where is the patch for the new halloween event if next patch isnt until November?

21.5k hp, 828 resil, 2371 spell power without totem of wrath. Not exactly a pushover by any means. Certainly enough for 4x of those to kill one rogue, but I'm dead in less than 10 seconds and am lucky to get off a frost shock. So I bet you can imagine what it's like in arena with 2-3 people healing the roguel.

I bet 4x healer 1x fok rogue could beat a geared quad shaman team.. kinda sad

I just started in the 71-80 av bracket and learned the OPness that is FoK. I'm playing 6xlocks 4xdruids level 71 with about 14k-17k hp each but almost no resil. All 10 of them were killed in 1 GCD by a rogue. FoK from stealth, a second, another FoK and all my guys are dead. So he did at least 150k damage with 2 clicks.

There has to be something wrong with this. I don't think a 30% reduction in it's damage will even help much. There needs to be a cooldown on it..maybe 30 seconds?

I guess im lucky, 4 x warstomp and 4 fire nova totemz usualy fixes some rogues at least enough for me to root and get out of it. Im working on my gear now hopefully i can hitup some arenas!

Yeah, it's just plain broken in so many ways. My group is 80 with over 21k hp and 830 resil and one rogue still does the same thing in 4-5 casts. Sometimes I can kill the rogue but I'm likely to lose 1-2 shaman each time. It's bad enough without the spec, but with the throwing knives talent you can't even cast. You can have 36 shaman and it would do the same thing.

I came up against a FoK rogue in BG today.
I was on 1 80 and 3 78's.

I go to take our graveyard in the base and out pops the rogue.
All i could do was drop my magma totems. Can't heal can't cast offensively.
I believe as well as an interrupt it has a silence. So basically you stand there like a lemon, while your guys die.

I can only imagine how frustrating that would be in arena.

yeah i have that shit all the time now... and the worst thing is that they do it while they have cloak of shadows up, so u cant realy do anything to em untill its over and by then u are dead... its fail FAIL FAIL :D

But when it is fixed, im gonna kill every single rogue i see no matter what lvl race guild. THEY ARE DEAD

I was thinking it was a gear thing or a skill thing - but DAMN! Not that, you definitely well gear. Ouch.

I had a druid chew me up, but with rogues I try to thunderstorm, GW, find friends if they kill one. Seems I've been very lucky, however - haven't been oneshot by FoK since the mid 70s. Surely you know this, but what I usually do is face my boys with their backs to the open air in a bunker or tower. Can't tell you the number of druid/rogues I've killed with a thunderstorm-falling damage like that.
