First thing I would double check is: Right click on the IS icon in the system tray, click on "Configuration". In the window that pops up. Make sure "Enable incoming connections on port" is checked, the default port is 10101. Make sure this is set on both systems. Next make sure both systems have a unique name for the uplink. It is the "Unique name for this uplink" field directly above the "Enable incoming connections on port" option.
Click apply and then close / restart IS and ISBoxer. If you still can't get them to connect, ensure windows firewall is not blocking 10101 on either computer.'
And of course, if you're on Win 7 or Vista, run IS and ISBoxer as Admin.

My System is 2 x Vista ( 64 Bit )
I tried all the stuff..Port is open on each PC ,2 different names for uplink but they still didnt find anything..always "no remote computeres detected" ... i think i will install keyclone to test,if they find each other...looks very strange for me, The alternative Way "if multiple comp. helper will not work" sounds very hard to setup..and i think after all it also wont work. But many thans for your fast response

Simple question: Have you started the helper on both machines?

If you followed that site I assume you also configured your firewall.
However, to make sure I'd advise to test it without a firewall active on either computer. Just so you know 100% that's not the problem, don't forget to turn em back on once you verified your firewall is or isn't the problem.
