I found this macro in the priest macro wiki. I'ts an awesome tool. I've been using it for a lot of different things. can someone explain this macro in English? how would i adjust the distance for targeting things at or less than range 20?

First line sets the distance farthest away that you can tab.
second you know
same
limits it back to 200

As far as what the numbers mean in yards I'm not sure. You would have to play with the numbers to get it where you want them. 700 is a long ways and I'm pretty sure the game drops it back down to max of 50 yards.
I thought they nerfed this though?

at this point setting targetNearestDistance doesn't work anymore.
