Digital camera is currently on loan to a family member on vacation, so I'll try and remember to post some actual pictures of my hardware setup in the future.
Use 2 computers, older PC is running the 3 mages in a 2x2 grid with 1 square being empty. Main/newer PC runs warrior/shaman, I like the shaman's UI being larger for totem timers, also gives me a bit more of a wider view of whats going on if I need to quickly look over and see where the mages are, since I usually can't see them on my warrior's screen.
Thinking about switching it to a top/bottom split for left and right monitors, older PC really slows down when running 3xWoW's in Shatt, I am somewhat dreading flying mounts. Means I'll have to redo settings to a certain extent and have been putting it off so far, the mages get plenty good enough FPS when outside of major cities.
Grid is awesome, I'm surprised more people don't use it, I raid on my shaman so I'm very familiar with setting it up and tweaking the different options, Grid is the display in the middle/bottom of my warriors screen.
Big thanks to all the posters on this site who've helped me greatly in putting this team together, very good resource.

Edit addition:
Hit 70 a while back, been doing a fair amount of PvP and instancing. Doing the level 70 instances by myself is a lot harder then I originally anticipated. Slowly working on my Sha'tar rep so I can get the helm enchant. Have done a couple Karazhan runs with just my 3 mages, really wasn't all that bad, I have the biggest problems when I throw in my warrior/shaman and have to heal + tank/dps.
