I had an awesome moment in heroic Lightning Halls. I was blasting through the trash, making my way around the ring at the beginning of the instance, when I saw Bjarngrim on his way to the platform I was approaching. I briefly considered trying to pull him along with the trash to see what happened, but figured, no, no corpseruns for me tonight, thanks, I just wanted to get through the instance and finish my daily. So I stopped short and began drinking 'n' eating ...

Well crap, I stopped too close to the platform for a boss with a very large aggro radius, and here he comes! I thought, great, I'm dead ... but somehow, I won! Mana potions and healthstones were used, but no divine shields or lay on hands, and no deaths. The boss went down among a pile of glittering dead mobs.

These lethal accidents where somehow you manage to survive are the best part of the game IMO. I remember some of my favorite encounters pre-multiboxing being PuGs where someone pulled the wrong mob or someone was feared into an additional group, yet we managed not to wipe. It's downright heroic activity.

Sad thing about multiboxing is: Unless you fraps'd it, you have no one to share it with =(

actually, i think the line is: unless you fraps'd it, it didn't happen :)

gratz - that's fun stuff - it's like a validation of all the hard work you've put in to gear up and learn the encounter

My first Razuvius kill. I was still getting the hang of mind controling the adds. Things are going well, until Razuvius kills one trainee, and then the other. At which point, he's at like 3% and he starts laying in to my raid. My lone Paladain tank scores the kill as the boss comes in to finish me off. Was pretty awesome.
