I would take the druid for the buffs (though my druid seems to fall behind in DPS), and either a mage or a lock for DPS. Probably a mage for ports.

Well two more Elemental shammies, would give you three Elemental DPS, a Prot Pally and a Priest Healer. That would be the most simple to box.

With three shammies, you can land a Tremor every second, which means fear will last as long as a second, but often shorter if its cast part way through a tick. You have 3x Grounding, for some caster protection, can go with 3x Healing Stream, and give casters Blessing of Wisdom. Your purge has a lot more bite.

If you want to mix it up, a Druid as both the above posters recommend is extremely strong with a Prot Pally.

I personally don't like boxing a hunter, because once a mob is in close range, follow breaks when the hunter auto switches to melee. Still, they're a self sufficient class with traps (frost, fire, snakes) on separate cooldowns now, and put out consistent dps vs both single and aoe targets.

An affliction warlock brings a soul stone to the table, which means you have two chances at recovery (Ankh also) even on a total wipe. I have my warlock (on the mixed team) where Shift H, has everyone use their healthstone, but Alt or Ctrl H has the warlock make the Health Stone dispenser. The longer the fight, the more power an affliction has, and the shorter the fight the more power a destruction has; in raids, Affliction is the top spec by a long shot. Flip that around, and Demo is the easiest to macro, but the Felguard spell power buff is weaker then Totem of Wrath until you surpass 2800 spell power. With a lock, the Imp gets you an extra damage shield and a health boost or the Felpuppy gets you another decurse, spell lock and int/spt boost (although you'll have spt from the priest already).

I'd personally go with a Discipline Priest for healer. Prayer of Healing is still a very strong AoE heal, but you have tools like Power Infusion, Pain Suppresion, Divine Aegis, Penance etc, which are incredibly powerful single target heals.

If you want to mix it up, your druid could be the healer... Wild Growth and a plethora of HoT's, along with most of the buffs they provide. You'd lose Earth and Moon, but Curse of Elements equals this. Because of their HoT's you have much better mobile healing. The priest could then go Shadow, which brings a lot to a team as well.
