i got a new faster hard drive but KeyClone dose not want to run on it. says license has expired. tried the new trasfer button but that did not work says my email address is wrong. any help would be great.

You need to PM Keyclone with your email address you purchased keyclone with, and he'll get you sorted out.



Edit: i know for a FACT, keyclone LOVES hard drives. especially with bbq sauce.

actually... if it says your license has expired, then keyclone did run (otherwise you wouldn't see the message :D )

at issue would be your license not being associated with the system-id and it sounds like you are using the wrong email address with the transfer option.

just drop me a PM with your email address and i'll check it out. remember, this would be the email address paypal would have associated with your license when you got it.

I have tried ever email address i could thing of and still no go.:mad:. to tell the truth i do not remember using one with pay pal when i bout keyClone lol. oh well such is life. thanks for the help =)

can you log into paypal? it will have the transaction info that rob can use to help you get back in action :)

spent sometime on PayPal web page and could not figured out my account there if i did have one at some point.

well... paypal would have sent you an email receipt. on that receipt would be the transaction id.. which would be all i need to find your license (it would also have your email address that you used on it)

if you don't have that, but know what month/year you did it... along with your last name, i could try a deep search on paypal (ungawdly slow)

please send the data via PM or email (on the forums would not be a good idea)

i could not find any email that match anything on paypal or keyclone so i just got a nother copy of keyClone
