I apologize if this has been addressed before, tried searching but these new forum is pretty bad at producing releavant results :)
Chcek wow forums - heirloom items (shoulders anc hest stack) for 20%. Great
Anyone know if this stacks with RAF? No big deal if not, but I'd really like to know if it increases battleground xp. I'm able to get a level about every 5 hours in the 70s in AV (as horde!) and how much faster if only I had the heirloom bonus as well.
Going to raf up a warrior+mage, boost to 71, then faceroll AV leveling 4-5 hours per level with the alts auto-follow my shaman (takign about 5 hours per level on my priest, with 25k+ honor per level, full pvp set when I hit 80 :)
Hard to say, I don't have any quotes handy, but RAF being such a huge bonus, might not stack with anything...

It stacks! And after the RAF bonus... so you're looking at 360% xp for everything with 2x heirloom items. Love it
Will update when I get into a bg and let you guys know if that gets a bonus as well.

I am pretty sure the RAF bonus does not apply to BGs. However in cases like this I really like being wrong. :D

Yeah I don't think it does, but I won't start grinding BGs until level 71 in which case RAF no longer applies. Guess I'll find out soon if the heirlooms work, but I have a feeling they will because they apply to RAF (360% leveling speed with the shoulder + chest)

When did they increase RAF thru to 70? I thought it stopped at 60
Source for stacking? I havn't experienced it.

It definitely stacks (heirloom and RAF). I just leveled three characters to 10, two that had heirloom chest were a half level ahead.

sorry if this has been answered before (can't find it) - but does the heirloom chest piece require the awful grind to get the title (only have exalted with 1 city - honored with the rest), or can you purchase it solely from heroic emblems?

Yes, you can purchase the chest solely from Heroism Emblems from what I recall.

Pretty sure its Emblems of Heroism in Dalaran and/ OR Champion's seals out at the Tournament (if you've snagged the Crusader title) .
edit: clarification

I bought the heirloom chest piece with 40 heroism marks and nothing to do with the argent tournament crap. The shoulders I got with 250 stone keeper's shards.
I can screenshot the xp gains to compare if you like,or you could take my word for it - my warrior is now 27 and my mage is 23 after having done the exact same quests and instance boosting.

That's awesome - thx ... didn't want to have to grind for the crusader title. I assume there must be a way to convert emblems of conquest -> heroism ?
