Keyclone resetting

After I downloaded the newest version of keyclone, every time I start keyclone I have to setup everything from scratch. In other words it keeps resetting after every time I close it. This never happened to me before with the older version and it's starting to bug me alot...
Any suggestions what might be wrong?
