I've started leveling 2 shamans together as elemental spec, and just though I'd post this incase anyone else is interested. It's updated almost daily.

I started 2 shamans for several reasons. One is because I don't have 2 copies of TBC, and another is I've never really had a shaman. This is mostly for PVP at the end of leveling. The reason I chose shaman for PVP is because of all the possibilities. 2 earthshocks, frostshocks, 2 chain lightning attacks w/ the 100% crit talent, and 2 earthbind totems. That will do some damage in WSG and Arena.

I've played WoW since 1.7, and have had 1 70 and 6 60s. In real life, I am 17 right now senior in high school and looking for a job. I plan to add a 3rd account / pc when I do get a job (eventually), and hope to reach 5 sometime soon.

I am running a custom built pc (Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+ 2.21 GHz, 2 Gig Ram, Nvidia Geforce 7950 GT KO, and some cheap $20 sound card (T_T) ). For my 2nd computer, it's a Dell 9100, and I hate it.

I am using 1 keyboard with synergy and macros set up, so that whatever my main guy has targeted I will also target and cast. All movement keys are set to follow on the 2nd shaman.

As for professions, I plan on skinning and mining on the main, and BS / LW on the 2nd.

Hi, I also have shammies and i could hebt asking myself some questions (prolly run/ran into the same problem as you).

Since gear is a big issue, same as mana consumption (and elementals use a lot of that, sadly :)). Why dont you go for 1 enhachment and 1 elemental untill you can get some nice gear with stats to help you? Most mobs you can get down fast, but then you would be drinking every xth mob. With the enhanchment one you can keep on dpsing a bit with the second one on 'mana save' modus.
Mobs that hit hard, give you a lot of hits, or multiple hits which increase the casting time a lot, isnt the melee shammie more usefull? You would still have the ability to heal your melee with the elemental shammy.

Due to raiding dont have much time at hands to lvl them got mine to 16 or 17 and still go strong with question and mostly little downtime.

Well I really don't mind drinking to be honest. My main has enough gold to buy me unlimited water until 60, and while I drink I usually alt- tab and surf the web. That plus I don't buy gear at all on the AH unless it's a really good deal (got a 1h blue mac for 10g). So I just wear what I get from drops and quests.

And unless the mob is orange - red, or an elite, I can usually lightning bolt him down before he does any real damage. Plus if one of my guys gets hit and the casting goes back some, the other will still get it on normal time, so aggro switches between the 2 a lot.
