ok so the other day i went out and bought 4 more copies of wow and bc and wrath and set ever thing up. but now i realized i hate my realm lol and now only that i didnt know about raf so i have 5 accounts no raf and im doing 5 shamans... so now what do i do just grind to 80 or quest it? also reason i hate my realm is because of a well known mb er that owns in av (as i experianced on my druid) his name is prepared and me and my guild hate him well i love it but other than that i just wanted to say hi. and any suggestions for me? addons or macros i saw that there were a bunch of talk about it and the FTL setup i was most interested in i cant figure it out but other than that i may just roll on a diff server. im on hakkar right now but im thinking of moving to agewen or how ever u spell it to be with a multi boxer.

Welcome, well that kind of sucks your raf isnt set but have no fear. It's not *that* bad ;).
If you don't like the realm your on, I would for sure make new characters. That would be the best thing.

- FTL setup is not the easiest thing to get configured, while your leveling I would say just go with an /assist or /assist focus type thing. Theres alot you will have to add as you go on, so I would get used to playing multiple people and worry about FTL later.

If your doing 4 shaman

will have a ton of information and macro's for you.

Take a look at our software. Its designed to avoid the need to learn macros and FTL.

Consider calling Blizzard.
Let them know you messed up and did not do RAF.
And that you have just created five accounts.
Ask if they can help you.
Be polite.
Worst case scenario, they cannot improve your situation.
But blizzard as a company rocks, and they might help you out.
It's in their long term interest to keep you happy for many years.

Your toons are relatively low level now.
You can create new toons on any faction and on any server.
You are not stuck playing against Prepared or anyone else.
There are multiboxing friendly servers, with several boxers.
Both horde side and alliance side servers.

You'll definitely want some form of FTL if your primary goal is pvp.
FTL stands for Focus Free, Target Free, Leader Free.

The simplest assist method is to use Focus.
Every toon focuses the current active toon.
Every toon follows the focus.
Every toon casts at the focus's target.
You no longer have the option to use focus for other things.

The leader system is broken in pvp, since 3.1.
You cannot control which group your toons are in.
The BG leader can only move toons from their own server.
So you might have all your toons moved into the same group if you're the BG leader (5 in 40 chance), or if they'll promote you.
If they're from another server they cannot move your toons even if they want to.
Even if you're promoted to leader, you'd need a group which is entirely empty, since you cannot move toons out of a group which are not from your own server.

The Target system works fine, just like the focus system.
Every toon targets the active toon, via a Big Button.
The big button is a predetermined order.
Only the earliest toon in that order can control the others.
Melee and Hunters assist; others cast at "target=targettarget".
Focus is free, but you cannot control the group from any toon at any time.

I believe manually creating your own FTL system is possible with each of the software options.
Keyclone is probably the easiest boxing program to set up.
I know the FTL is not easy to set up within keyclone.
ISBoxer with ISBoxer Toolkit has a wizard, which makes the set up of FTL very easy.
I've not used or investigated HKN or AHK or Octopus, Game Commander Pro.
Assuming you're not hardware boxing, you'll want a software boxing program.

Yup just call them up as long as it has not been 90 days since you got the game or something of that nature they should still help you out after all you got 5 copies of wow!

To my knowledge, I've never been reported. What are you doing to annoy them?

I tend to avoid PVP (I'm to old and slow), so maybe that's the reason?

Sounds like your having fun

your guild name is death to alliance and youre on the alliance? also how come it doesnt seem to have any members is the armory just borked atm? i dont think you can 40 box on just 2 pcs unless one of them is a beast. i dont think 12 gigs of ram or one single processor would cut it but what do i know :) i say buy the thing and give it a shot. if it doesnt work you can just buy another.

Take some advice that another "high numbers" boxer did not take (whom shall remain nameless):

Don't jump straight into more than 5 boxing. Stick with 5 until you get to 80. Micro managing 5 toons takes a while to get used to. Once you are comfortable with just 5, you might not even have the desire to go for more. There's some serious diminishing returns once you go past 5. With 5, you can solo most of the content, and it's not that complicated. With 10, the only thing you can do that you couldn't with 5, is do 10 man raids, and do 2x as much dmg in PvP, while at the same time, limiting the rest of the group, meaning a larger cluster of toons in one place. AV is won by keeping a few people spread out guarding/capping towers. If one person rolls around with all 40 toons in the BG, he will for sure faceroll any horde that comes at him, but some horde will get through, some of your toons will die, and gradually, you will be worn down, forced to either try and rez your downed toons, or abandon them at graveyards. Only you can win, is if you can get to the end boss and zerg him, the zerging is easy, with that much firepower, but getting to him without drawing attention (and believe me, 39 toons /following one, will easily get your main focusfired down, your team fearbombed, etc. I see 5 boxing as the max to do while realistically making a difference, without being overkill. if 5 flameshocks can kill a lot of players alone, 10 is just overkill. MAYBE i could see 10 boxing in AV, but anything more than that is a waste.

Congrats!

Outland was probably my favorite expansion as far as leveling a group.
Well, boosting really helps the leveling speed too, but I enjoyed the Outland zones a lot.
