Frapsing and bgs!

Hai!

I've xome to the gear level and got the routine so i can pretty much faceroll anything i stumble upon in bgs and world pvp(gonna start up serious arena again to =)).

I realy wanna do a movie how the Elox bring the pain, but i have a problem. When i start frapsing stuff start to lag...badly.
I have my slaves running on minimum gfx with capped fps 15, and my main on pretty much evertything full and fps on main window is capped at 50 and never dropps below.

I run a pretty nice single box with the following spec:

12 gig ram
intel i7-920
geforce 285 gfx
os ssd harddrive for my wows
and a pretty regular harddrive for windows and fraps storage
vista 64 OP

I know my system is good for much more that waht its currently performing, but i dont know where to do
The sooner i get to fraps the sooner u will see ligtningbolts flying on a kickass movie ;)

Yeah somethings not right... not sure what but I fraps fine, and dont have that good of a computer =(.
Are your cores set properly, so everythings not trying to use core 1 or something.

Yeah,well i have set affinity in keyclone to

wow 1(main) has acces to all 4 cores
wow2 uses 1-2
wow3 uses 2-3
wow4 uses 3-4
